Volunteer petition circulators will be collecting signatures at the Tompkins Freedom Festival from 12:00pm - 3:00pm. They will be at a table next to the Boy Scouts in the flea-market area.
Circulators will be carrying VNP clipboards, and wearing VNP shirts and/or button pins.
