Volunteer petition circulators will be collecting signatures at the Creative Arts Festival from 8:00am - 4:00pm. They will be at a sidewalk booth.
Circulators will be carrying VNP clipboards (with a strip of red tape) and signs, and wearing VNP shirts and/or button pins.
