Volunteer petition circulators will be collecting signatures at the Jackson Civil War Muster Sunday from 1pm - 4pm.
Circulators will be wearing VNP buttons and VNP t-shirts carrying clipboards. Look for circulators by the ice cream store on Denton, or by the entrance to the band shell on Brown Street.
