Volunteer petition circulators will be collecting signatures at the Fright FilmFest from 11:30am - 5:00pm. They will be outside the Mott Memorial Building or near the food truck (if it's there).
Circulators will be carrying VNP clipboards (with a strip of red tape) and signs, and wearing VNP shirts and/or button pins.
