Volunteer petition circulators will be collecting signatures at the Arts, Beats & Eats shuttle stops from 11:00am - 8:00pm. They will be at the parking shuttle stop at Royal Oak High School.
They will also be at a booth inside the festival (Center & 7th), and the downtown shuttle stop at Washington & 2nd, at the north entrance to the festival.
Circulators will be carrying VNP clipboards, and wearing VNP shirts and/or button pins.
