Volunteer petition circulators will be collecting signatures at The Ark from 6:45 - 7:30. They will be on the sidewalk outside the theater.
Circulators will be carrying VNP clipboards (with a strip of red tape) and signs, and wearing VNP shirts and/or button pins.
